I am inspired by what plants are growing, both wild and tended, and the people I imagine eating them (you)! I have been growing and foraging plants for over 20 years, bringing them back to my kitchen to brew, bake and create meals. The eBook has four seasons of recipes, with substitutions offered along the way.
This book is for everyone interested in the plants, in Beauty, in seasonal and foraged foods, and/or in new, healthy ways to indulge in sweetness.
